Persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
The Balance Framework verwerkt je persoonsgegevens doordat je gebruik maakt van onze diensten en/of omdat je deze gegevens zelf aan ons verstrekt.
Hieronder vind je een overzicht van de persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken:
– Voor- en achternaam
– Internetbrowser en apparaat type
– Bankrekeningnummer
– Geslacht
– Geboortedatum
– Adresgegevens
– Telefoonnummer
– E-mailadres
– IP-adres
– Overige persoonsgegevens die de klant actief verstrekt bijvoorbeeld door een profiel op jouw website aan te maken, in correspondentie en telefonisch
Bijzondere en/of gevoelige persoonsgegevens die wij verwerken
Onze website en/of dienst heeft niet de intentie gegevens te verzamelen over websitebezoekers die jonger zijn dan 16 jaar. Tenzij ze toestemming hebben van ouders of voogd. We kunnen echter niet controleren of een bezoeker ouder dan 16 is. Wij raden ouders dan ook aan betrokken te zijn bij de online activiteiten van hun kinderen, om zo te voorkomen dat er gegevens over kinderen verzameld worden zonder ouderlijke toestemming. Als je er van overtuigd bent dat wij zonder die toestemming persoonlijke gegevens hebben verzameld over een minderjarige, neem dan contact met ons op via info@livefulfilledlife.com, dan verwijderen wij deze informatie.
The Balance Framework verwerkt jouw persoonsgegevens voor de volgende doelen:
– Het afhandelen van jouw betaling
– Verzenden van onze nieuwsbrief en/of reclamefolder
– Je te kunnen bellen of e-mailen indien dit nodig is om onze dienstverlening uit te kunnen voeren
– Je te informeren over wijzigingen van onze diensten en producten
– Om goederen en diensten bij je af te leveren
– The Balance Framework verwerkt ook persoonsgegevens als wij hier wettelijk toe verplicht zijn, zoals gegevens die wij nodig hebben voor onze belastingaangifte.
Hoe lang we persoonsgegevens bewaren
The Balance Framework bewaart je persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren waarvoor je gegevens worden verzameld. Wij hanteren de volgende bewaartermijnen voor de volgende (categorieën) van persoonsgegevens:
– Contactgegevens (naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer) → tot 2 jaar na het laatste contactmoment, tenzij wij wettelijk verplicht zijn gegevens langer te bewaren.
– Nieuwsbriefgegevens (aanmelding en toestemming) → totdat je je afmeldt voor de nieuwsbrief.
– Contract- en facturatiegegevens (naam, adres, betalingsinformatie) → 7 jaar, conform de wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht.
– Websitebezoekgegevens (IP-adres, logbestanden) → maximaal 30 dagen, uitsluitend voor beveiliging en foutanalyse.
– Bewerbungs- oder intakegegevens (indien verstrekt bij kennismaking) → maximaal 1 jaar na beëindiging van het traject, tenzij je eerder om verwijdering verzoekt.

The Balance Framework gebruikt alleen technische en functionele cookies. En analytische cookies die geen inbreuk maken op je privacy. Een cookie is een klein tekstbestand dat bij het eerste bezoek aan deze website wordt opgeslagen op jouw computer, tablet of smartphone. De cookies die wij gebruiken zijn noodzakelijk voor de technische werking van de website en jouw gebruiksgemak. Ze zorgen ervoor dat de website naar behoren werkt en onthouden bijvoorbeeld jouw voorkeursinstellingen. Ook kunnen wij hiermee onze website optimaliseren. Je kunt je afmelden voor cookies door je internetbrowser zo in te stellen dat deze geen cookies meer opslaat. Daarnaast kun je ook alle informatie die eerder is opgeslagen via de instellingen van je browser verwijderen.
Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen
Je hebt het recht om je persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen. Daarnaast heb je het recht om je eventuele toestemming voor de gegevensverwerking in te trekken of bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens door The Balance Framework en heb je het recht op gegevensoverdraagbaarheid. Dat betekent dat je bij ons een verzoek kan indienen om de persoonsgegevens die wij van jou beschikken in een computerbestand naar jou of een ander, door jou genoemde organisatie, te sturen.
Je kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie, verwijdering, gegevensoverdraging van je persoonsgegevens of verzoek tot intrekking van je toestemming of bezwaar op de verwerking van jouw persoonsgegevens sturen naar info@livefulfilledlife.com.
Om er zeker van te zijn dat het verzoek tot inzage door jou is gedaan, vragen wij jou een kopie van je identiteitsbewijs met het verzoek mee te sturen. Maak in deze kopie je pasfoto, MRZ (machine readable zone, de strook met nummers onderaan het paspoort), paspoortnummer en Burgerservicenummer (BSN) zwart. Dit ter bescherming van je privacy. We reageren zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken, op jouw verzoek .

Hoe wij persoonsgegevens beveiligen
The Balance Framework neemt de bescherming van jouw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Personal data we process
The Balance Framework processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents remain involved in the online activities of their children to prevent data from being collected without parental consent.

Purposes for which we process personal data
The Balance Framework processes your personal data for the following purposes:
– To handle your payment
– To send our newsletter and/or promotional materials
– To be able to call or email you if necessary to perform our services
– To inform you about changes to our services and products
– To deliver goods and services to you
– The Balance Framework also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax returns.
How long we retain personal data
The Balance Framework does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for these (categories of) personal data:
– Contact details (name, email address, phone number) → up to 2 years after the last contact, unless we are legally required to retain them longer.
– Newsletter data (subscription and consent) → until you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
– Contract and invoicing data (name, address, payment information) → 7 years, in accordance with the statutory fiscal retention obligation.
– Website visit data (IP address, log files) → maximum of 30 days, solely for security and error analysis.
– Application or intake data (if provided during onboarding) → maximum of 1 year after termination of the program, unless you request deletion earlier.
Sharing personal data with third parties
The Balance Framework does not share your data with third parties unless necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies or similar technologies we use
The Balance Framework only uses technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet, or smartphone the first time you visit this website.
The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and for your convenience. They ensure the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. They also help us optimize our website.

Access, correct, or delete your data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to info@livefulfilledlife.com.
To verify that the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
The Balance Framework would also like to point out that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). How we secure personal data
The Balance Framework takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification.
