Hi, I’m Yara

And this is my story.

I’m a certified coach, recovering perfectionist, and a mom of three who knows first-hand how exhausting the invisible load can get.

If you’re the one who keeps everything running — at work, at home, in the group chats and birthday RSVPs — yet often feel like you’re holding it all together with coffee and sheer willpower, you’re not alone. And more importantly, you’re not failing. You’re simply carrying too much.

A few years ago, I tried “slowing down” to spend more time with my kids, thinking it would help me feel more connected. But instead, I felt exhausted, resentful, and full of guilt. I was irritated that my husband didn’t help more — and quietly angry that he didn’t understand what I was going through.
My work felt flat, my patience was thin, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that I’d somehow lost me in the process. And all the advice I got around: “just wake up earlier, you can do so much more when kids are sleeping” and “you need to schedule better, go for a run in the morning and exercise” did not help at all.
It wasn’t until I stopped pushing through and started understanding what was actually underneath the overwhelm — the mental load, the internal expectations, the emotional isolation — that everything began to shift.
Today, I feel aligned with my goals, grounded in my partnerships, and deeply clear about what matters. I don’t force my way through the week anymore. I move through it with motivation, interest, and a sense of self I actually recognize.
That’s the kind of shift I help other moms create.
I work with brilliant, burned-out women who are constantly juggling careers, caregiving, and a quiet longing for something more. Not “more on their plate” — but more meaning, more peace, and more space to breathe.
My coaching blends lived experience with evidence-based tools — drawing from CBT, schema therapy, and compassionate coaching — to move you beyond just coping. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns that drive your overwhelm and create sustainable shifts that feel like relief.

I believe every woman deserves to say:

“I know what helps me — and I’m allowed to honor that without apology.”

Many of the women I work with arrive saying things like:

“I miss the version of me who had energy and ideas.”

“I’m doing everything for everyone and still feel like I’m falling short.”

“I want to feel like myself again — not just someone getting through the week.”

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

This isn’t tough-love coaching.

My approach is cozy and calm — but also honest and practical. We keep things real, and we leave space for softness, humor, and small wins that change everything.

This is: You’re allowed to take care of yourself.

And I’ll show you how. Because you weren’t meant to do it all. And certainly not alone.
